The old houses of the Finca Roqueta, dating back to the 13th Century, are part of one of seven orders of chivalry granted by King James I to seven noblemen who collaborated with him in the Conquest of Mallorca in 1229. Roqueta is situated in the centre of the island Majorca, in the municipality of Maria de la Salut (500 metres from the town). The Finca is recently reformed, conserving its architectural beauty and in order to fit in apartments on top ot the old cellar of the houses. Roqueta consists of 4 apartments and 1 rustic house. The holiday apartments consist of an entrance hall, complete bathroom, bedroom and large lounge/dining room with a sofa bed (hot/cold air conditioning, internet, TV, safe and hairdryer).
